Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days.
A consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notice.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.


Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or may be excluded for:

• individually manufactured or personalized products,

• products that have already been worn, washed, or damaged,

• products that are not returned in their original condition.
  
   

Withdrawal Policy for Beats (Digital Products)

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The offered beats are digital products not delivered on a physical data carrier.
By completing the purchase, you expressly agree that we begin fulfilling the contract before the statutory withdrawal period expires.
You also acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the download begins in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Therefore, withdrawal after the download link has been provided is excluded.


Withdrawal Policy for Mixing & Mastering Services

Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
For services related to mixing, mastering, recording, or other audio editing, the right of withdrawal expires early once the execution of the service has begun and the customer has expressly agreed beforehand.
By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees that Litty Wave Studios may begin working on the project before the withdrawal period expires.
The customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires upon full or partial performance of the service in accordance with Section 356 (4) BGB.


Withdrawal Policy for Studio Sessions / Appointment Bookings

Appointment Cancellations and Withdrawal
Booked studio sessions are services connected to a specific appointment or time period.
A statutory right of withdrawal may therefore be excluded in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB if the service is provided for a specific date or period.
Reserved studio time can therefore only be canceled or rescheduled after binding booking upon individual agreement.
Any advance payments already made may be retained if necessary to compensate for the cancellation.
